We will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your team’s reservation. If you do not hear from us within 3 business days, you can contact us or send an email to info@ebdplanners.com. We will make every attempt to respond very quickly to your reservation request . After your request is received and processed, you will receive an email that will confirm your hotel block and you will be provided with the name of your hotel contact.
You will be placed the first of your preferred hotel that has rooms available. If all of your preferred hotels are already sold out, we will email you with other options.
Please start to gather your team information (rooming list, credit card information) to meet the deadline for submitting your rooming list to the hotel. When you receive your hotel confirmation, Events by Design will indicate to the Tournament Director that your housing is complete.
