4/24/2024 We are working diligently to try to find additional rooms for the Challenge event. Since we are 1 month prior to the Showcase, most hotels and preferred room types are full. Most hotels are not able to offer rooms with two beds per room but most hotel rooms will sleep 4. Please go ahead and submit a request so I will be aware of the number of rooms your team needs. I am working with teams in the order that there were received.
Please start your reservations request AFTER you have already applied and been accepted into the 2024 Texas Showcase Shootout. If you request rooms prior to applying and being accepted to the Tournament, your request held and not placed until your team has been accepted.
Please review the list of hotels with their rates and amenities below under the Hotel Availability icon. To see more details about each hotel, click the individual hotel logo. Rates, number of rooms and room types are listed on the top right side of the hotel logo area. When you are ready to book your team’s rooms, click on the On-line team reservation form button below.
* QQ – rooms with two queen beds, DD – rooms with two double/full sized beds, K w/sleeper – room with one king bed & sleeper sofa
