The Sports Source Showcase & Clinic

Hotel reservations for the 2023 Sports Source Showcase and Clinic in Dallas, Texas are underway! Please refer to this section and our list of participating hotels to see the most up to date information on room availability. Hotel availability can change minute to minute, so please provide us with 3 hotel options for your team – and we will respond as soon as possible with a team rooming list form and link for additional reservations.

The Sport Source Showcase and Clinic is a “Stay-to-Play” event.

We have a great list of designated hotels for you to choose from and all participating organizations/teams outside a 60 mile radius of Downtown Dallas agreed to follow the Stay to Play policy. The policy is clear using hotel rewards/points or 3rd party travel sites to book your stay is prohibited. Each host properties will charge a 1 night, non-refundable deposit that is applied to your stay. In the event of a player not participating due to injury or other personal matters – the team manager will provide The Sports Source notice of non-participation on or before 11/30/23 along with a new team roster with the player removed and the family will receive a refund if booked individually. If booked and paid with a team credit card, the team manager will provide instructions to The Sports Source Showcase regarding player being removed/replaced or not attending on or before 11/30/23.

Savings & Amenities: We have negotiated exceptional savings with rates, services, and amenities not usually provided and each hotel looks forward to making sure your stay is memorable!!

*  Doubletree Hotel by Hitlon by the Galleria is our headquarter hotel and will have access to Farmers Branch training fields and can sign up for      transportation to Moneygram Soccer Park

*  All hotels will provide complimentary full breakfast, complimentary wifi, and complimentary parking (unless noted in comments)
