The group blocks that were secured for the Aggieland Friendship Cup have been exhausted.
Your team is free to book hotel rooms or rental properties as you choose since there are not additional group room hotel blocks available. There ARE still rooms available at some of the participating hotels thru their individual websites that can be booked directly.
Before booking a hotel room, I would advise your parents to make sure to understand the hotel’s cancellation policy and NOT pre-pay their hotel room. If families pre-pay their hotel room, the hotel will not provide a refund if there are any weather-related cancellation.

7/18/2024 We are working to add additional hotel rooms to our list of participating hotels. If your team has already applied AND been accepted to the Tournament, please fill out a team request with hotels that would include your preferred hotels. Also, please list amenities that are important to your team and I will work to place you at a hotel that fits your team’s requests. Thank you for your patience.
Please start your reservation if your team has applied AND been accepted into the 2024 Aggieland Friendship Cup. If you request rooms prior to applying and being accepted to the Tournament, your request will be processed when the team is accepted.

Rates, number of rooms and room types are listed on the top right side of the hotel logo area. When you are ready to book your team’s rooms, click on the On-line team reservation form button below.
