Hotel reservations for the 2012 tournament are under way! Please refer to this section and our list of participating hotels to see the most up to date hotel information. Hotel availability can change on a daily basis, so please provide five hotel options for your team(s) and I will respond to you as soon as I can. The website will be updated as often as possible.

Please remember… hotel reservations are required be coordinated thru Events by Design Inc.

To make your hotel selections:

Review the Hotel Availability link on the left. It lists the hotel amenities, rate, and the number of rooms available at the hotel at the last update.

* Fill out the team reservation on-line form also on your left, with your team’s information and the list that ranks your team’s five preferred hotels.

* You should receive a response to your request within 72 hours. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please call or email, because the information was either not received, or I could not reach you via phone, email or fax.

* After you submit your hotel request, and if there is availability at one of your hotels of choice, you will receive an email or fax that will inform you of your hotel assignment. If your preferred hotels are sold out, you will be contacted
and referred to a list of hotels with available rooms.

* Unless told otherwise from your assigned hotel, all rooming lists are due to the hotel you select three weeks prior to your arrival date.
